Refund & cancellation
We strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement at no extra cost. The Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on homeshop80.co.in
All you need to do is drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 3 days, from the date of delivery.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by homeshop80 team.
*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
*Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Returns Policy."
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
You can also cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 7 days to initiate refund after we eceive the product back subject to product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do drop us a mail and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return
1) Place your item in its original packaging
2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice
3) Make sure you seal the product properly
Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
